Exhibition Statement
Every wave, ripple, valley, and fold is in process – they are headed somewhere, destination unknown, but message simple: there is space to be. A canyon. A billowing scarf. A tender touch. It can produce comfort, or tension, it can be nothing and something all at once.
Hopefully the viewing is as dynamic as the creating – I love watching the lines dance on the page. Sometimes it's almost as if I have no control. They start as one thing, end as another, and sometimes it's as if they won't stay that way for long.
